Overview of the game
The game a man goes to a house to check up on a family cause their family died so when he gets there the place looks run downed opens the down and the door is not locked so he goes in and looks around. To see if there are some people around when he goes to look he sees skeletons. Then he hears running coming from upstairs and looks up and goes to leave but the door is locked. The running sound from upstairs is getting louder and has turned into a loud thumping and he looks for a way out but can't find one so he tries to break a window but that does not work cause the windows are not real. But he feels something watching him making him want to leave any more. So he now has to look for a way out while not being caught by what the loud noise is up stairs.
Intended Audience
Is people who is board and have nothing to do, more like a starter game for people who never played board games. The game is easy to get into and can teach people how to play board games.
Description of the Design Process
For the start of the board game layout I got a picture of a door and put it for The start cause it matches with my overview for the game and I got stairs leading To the end of the game. For the sound that i talked about in my overview I Made the sound into eyes so it could be easier to put on the board game The eyes on the board game have there on cards. For the skeletons I put them. There to show how there aren't just skeletons one the first floor.
For the cards for the game i thought it would be good to have the eyes
as a card. Because the eyes don't wont you to be there so i made them have a chance at getting you and you getting away from them.
Cost Summary
the cost of the game will cost 10$.what will be in the game is 1 dice
1 coin 4 blinding eye cards, the game board, the instructions.
Game instructions
To start the game you need to take the pieces out of the game And place them on the door that is open. Then next is to get the dice out of the board and give them to the person who is going to start first the order you go does not matter. Next the person who has the dice must roll a 4 or high to move if they don't then they pass their turn. If they do roll a 4 or higher then they can move up the stairs for every roll that is 4 or higher you have to go up a single stair. After they move there pieces there turn is over give the dice to the next person In the box 1 person will be controlling the eyes on the board; the person who chooses to be them has the power to take them back to the start or end of the game for them. In order for them to do that they have to flip a coin heads or tail and if it lands on the tail nothing happens. The eyes do nothing. If it lands on heads the person that has the eyepieces can either send them back to start or send them to the skeletons ending the game for them. If you roll a 6 you can jump on to another staircase or blind the eyes so they can't see you. But if the eye catches you with either card you lose everything but if you don't get caught you can keep them. The goal is to get out of the house without getting your game ended
Description of Design Process
When I am finishing the game I got a monopoly box and thought that I don't want to just have the look of the monopoly box so I just got some tape and tape the box on the front and the back. After that I printed out my board game that you play on and I glued that down next I printed out the card games with the paper that I have I realized it was low quality after I got my feedback from the board game review. with the cards I cut them out the paper then but them in the box then I grab some dice and a coin. Lastly I grabbed some toy figures to act as the pieces the layers use then I put all the pieces in the board and put the title and my name on it and I was done.
